Cost: $120 per 60 minute session $50 cancellation fee Cash, check, Visa and MasterCard are accepted for payment Insurance: I am an out of network provider with insurance companies. Please contact your insurance company and ask what coverage you have to see an out of network provider. It is good to get this in writing. I will provide a detailed receipt of services. ***ALL APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE CONFIRMATION PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
